Each year you will be billed for maintenance assessments. The amount is $300 (subject to change at the discretion of the board of directors in accordance with the governing documents). In November/December of each year you will be sent an invoice for payment. Your assessments must be paid by January 31st to avoid late fees and interest charges.

You have several convenient options to pay your assessments. You can pay online (instructions on invoice and below) by check; made payable to Briar Grove HOA, and mail to either the Mutual of Omaha Bank lock box in AZ (by detaching the coupon on your invoice) or mailed to IMC's office at 3500 W. Davis #190, Conroe, TX 77304.
