Briar Grove HOA transitioned from a developer-controlled community to a member-controlled community in December 2018, the HOA is now run by owners and/or members of the association which are elected annually. The Board will have regularly scheduled Board meetings. All meetings are open to the community to hear what business the Board is conducting for the community. If you would like to be put on the agenda to speak to the board please submit your request to the property manager Meghann Barnes at least 144 hours prior to the meeting. This will then be discussed in an Executive Session. All meeting Agenda's will be posted on the website 144 hours before each meeting. 

All Board Meetings will be held at IMC's office located at 3500 W. Davis, #190, Conroe, TX 77304 unless otherwise noted.
